The main goal of getting a 3D printing was to help save money when I am building scale models, and when I first seen other scale model people using they printers I saw them building replacements and parts what are broken, And I found out it’s costing a lot to get the parts from some shops who want you to get a full kit and I didn’t want that.
After about some time looking around and looking for which is the best printer and after getting the wrong printer I choice the right one after that was a resin printer and I picked the Elegoo Mars 2 Pro it was the cheapest one I could find and was a good one youtubers said and they also said it’s a good starter printer and I got it, After some months and trying to understand it and want it fast, I found myself not using it because I found it hard to understand, But after time I worked with my dad to work it out, After we started to understand it the light broke or something broke inside, Then I got the Elegoo Mars 4 Ultra because after looking on the internet and YouTube and I also wanted to have Wi-Fi and not use the USB didn’t work out like that and the printer was more hard work, I had to learn more settings and we did it, After some months and a new year, I found myself needing to start an income and I was doing that slowly but I thought why not try and see if people want my 3D printing time and a local lad needed my time and after that people keep using them.
2 years have passed, and the printer started to brake and I still needed a printer so I got a new one called Elegoo Mars 5 Ultra, Again I looked around the internet and YouTube this time even at other brands and I was looking for a bigger printer, After some weeks of looking around I just picked the Mars 5 Ultra.
And I found a better 3D printer shop it’s also local to, I am now very proud to say I am loving printing and happy to say I keep putting out new models and started to custom build model kits and now I’ve got 2 printers.
So, you might of seen why I picked Elegoo Mars brand just because it’s just a printer I just keep going to, Like most people if you find a brand you like you will keep using them. The printers are now not cheap and the size are crazy and you can now do a lot with them I started when they was coming to light and people was learning if I stuck at it when I started I would be in the same place like most of the people out there, But I have made it and learned more.
